How to write an Outstanding Post?

In today’s blogging days its is pretty much obvious people springing out with post for the blogs but as you read there is nothing which you find is away from each other, compelling the user to come back again to your blog and be a imperative reader of it. Blogging is not just about submitting or writing content which can be found on 100’s of other blogs with the same content its about what you give you reader apart from what others say. It about delivering quality content with high understanding of what you are writing about and what makes your reader understand and like your blog.

To write a compelling post is not a easy job it requires lot of research as well as lots of information what you need to pass on to your reader. To come up with a new post it is better to determine what exactly you need to pass on to your reader as well as how you post can be reached to the maximum number of audience. Lets  start writing a post with keeping these things in mind.

#1: Getting the right keywords.

As search engines are the first most place a person searches for what is required it is necessary your post to be at a good ranking for a keyword. Considering a large part of the people using search engine one expect to get a relatively good traffic if your post reaches a good ranking position. I have seen as too people actually subscribing to those blogs who are ranked higher in search engines. Make sure to choose a keyword which is widely searched for and have lesser competition. Preferably use Overture or Wordtracker to get the right keyword researched.

#2:  Select the right niche.

It’s always better to work on a specific niche rather than trying to be on many niches. It will altogether let you end up no where and instead waste your time blogging. So always be specific in choosing you niche. It will not only let you be on the topic as well as it will enhance the ways you explain others.

#3: Research Content

As said earlier one cannot rely on other’s content to create post as people move from blog to blog and can find the content easily which is the same as of the other blog which eventually will let your blog to sink. Getting the right content which doesn’t exist anywhere will always make you stand out of the crowd. Do a search on Copyscape for duplicate contents. Moreover search engines like Google will penalize your blog for duplicating content from other blogs.

#4: Catchy Post Titles

Remember titles which are quite efficiently written attract visitors to your blog. Its something which differs you from other so spend something thinking about the best title which you can give to your post. Remember you are not alone writing on the subject millions of bloggers are writing on it. Make your way through by keeping your title catchy and attractive.

#5: Add Spice to your Post

Keep in mind people will always remember you if your post happen to tickle the funny bones of the readers which will eventually lead to growing traffic and making them coming back again and again for more. Make them feel happy and they will come along your way.

I hope this information will be of use to many who are reading this and will pursue them in getting the best out of them for their blog.

About

Hello! My name is Nadim Khan and I am a graphic/web designer by profession. I had been into my profession for the last 7yrs and have made numerous designs for websites and presentations and my favorite coding XHTML/CSS pages/websites which attracted me due the the simplicity and challenges involved. But as of now I came across something which was new for me a while ago but has drawn my attention relatively fast and those are ‘Blogs’. I have been reading articles on some blogs which I appreciate a lot and which have inspired me to start one of my own. I would say an experiment in this stream trying to get attention to myself.
